Lizabeth leads the property operations team for Regency's northeast region. Before her current role, she served as Director of Property Operations and Senior Regional Property Manager, overseeing properties in Connecticut, Massachusetts, northern New Jersey, and New York. Lizabeth has also served as both a Property Manager and Regional Property Manager in our Colorado and Arizona markets and as a Sustainability Associate, working on LEED construction and sustainable operations for our existing properties. She began her career at Regency as a Property Administrator in our Houston office.

Before joining Regency, Lizabeth was an Entitlements Manager for Pulte Homes, securing approvals for residential developments in southern New Jersey.

Lizabeth earned her Bachelor's in Environmental Design and a Master's in Land Development from Texas A&M University. She devotes her time to philanthropic efforts that support education and housing through United Way and Habitat for Humanity.

In her spare time, Lizabeth enjoys reading, traveling, walking the dog, cheerleading and chauffeuring her children to their activities, and supporting her husband's growth of his own business.
