Andrew joined Regency in 2010 and has served in various roles, supporting the company’s multi-billion-dollar partnership platform. In his current role, Andrew has strategic oversight of this joint venture program and is central to all investment, financing, and management decisions across more than 100 properties. Additionally, Andrew is responsible for the implementation of Regency’s secured debt strategy, having closed more than $3 billion in new or assumed loans.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Sydney before joining the Macquarie Group in 2004 as an Analyst for Macquarie CountryWide Trust, which partnered with Regency, extending his working relationship with Regency to more than 20 years.

When not in the office, he spends much of his spare time at the beach and cooking at home with his wife and two children.
