Gary serves as senior team leader of the property operations department for the Western United States portfolio, totaling 92 assets and more than 13 million square feet. Before his current role, Gary served as Director of Property Operations and as a Senior Regional Property Manager.

Prior to Regency, he worked for one of the largest mall developers in the US, managing malls in New Mexico and Northern California.

Gary earned his Bachelor of Science in Consumer & Family Economics from the University of Missouri.

He is a very proud member of his local church and actively volunteers with several local organizations, such as United Way and Habitat For Humanity. Gary also serves as a youth coach for his sons' football and basketball teams. Gary also enjoys "paying it forward" by mentoring younger generations interested in pursuing a similar career path.

Originally from the Midwest, Gary and his wife enjoy residing in the Bay Area of San Francisco. They and their two young sons enjoy traveling, dining out, and staying active via recreational sports like basketball, golf, and pickleball.
