Jack deVilliers serves as Managing Director of Operations for Regency Centers, overseeing the strategic direction and performance of the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions—a portfolio of approximately 150 properties totaling more than 16 million square feet and generating over $200 million in annual net operating income.

Jack oversees all aspects of the business across the region, including leasing, operations, redevelopment, and asset management, working closely with investments, construction, and capital markets to drive portfolio performance.

Jack has played a key leadership role in scaling Regency’s Northeast presence, opening the Westport, Connecticut office and growing the platform from seven properties into one of Regency’s largest regions. He led the integration of the Urstadt Biddle portfolio, adding 70+ properties and 30+ employees, and was involved in the Equity One merger, significantly expanding the company’s Northeast footprint.

Jack also has extensive development and redevelopment experience, including Chimney Rock in Bridgewater, New Jersey, grocery-anchored projects with Whole Foods and Wegmans in the Mid-Atlantic, and the acquisition of Clarendon Crossing in Arlington, Virginia.

Jack joined Regency in 2011 as a leasing agent in the Washington, DC region. Prior to Regency, he worked at KLNB Retail in Washington, DC, focusing on tenant representation, leasing, and land acquisition.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of Virginia and completed postgraduate studies at the McIntire Business Institute. Jack was a member of UVA’s NCAA National Championship lacrosse team and earned All-America honors.

Jack serves on the board of the YMCA of Darien and is active with several local organizations, including United Way, Person-to-Person, and the Darien Athletic Association. He lives in Connecticut with his wife and three children.
