Kathryn McKie is the Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Analysis for Regency Centers.
Kathryn leads Regency’s investor engagement strategy and serves as the primary liaison with the investment community. She is responsible for communicating Regency’s financial performance, strategic vision, and growth initiatives across various channels of disclosure and outreach.
Since joining Regency in 2014, Kathryn spent five years underwriting investments on the Financial Services team before transitioning to Capital Markets in 2019. Prior to Regency, she gained experience in brokerage investment sales with Marcus & Millichap and Franklin Street. She most recently served as an Investment Manager at Compass Real Estate in Atlanta.
Kathryn is actively involved in industry leadership through Nareit, NIRI, and ULI. She was part of the inaugural ULI North Florida Center for Leadership Class in 2019. She now serves as Chair of the ULI North Florida UrbanPlan Committee, which educates high school and college students about the forces and risks that influence commercial development in our communities.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Georgia Tech.
Kathryn is passionate about giving back and serves on the Board of Trustees and the Audit & Finance Committee for Daniel Kids, Florida’s oldest nonprofit child service agency.
Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, sailing, cheering on the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
