Nick Koglin is Vice President, Market Officer at Regency Centers, responsible for the leasing, asset management, operations of 31 properties across the Upper Midwest and Ohio Valley. He oversees development and acquisitions for the region, as well.
 
Nick joined Regency in 2016 and has held roles as a Manager of Investments and Senior Management of Investments. Prior to joining Regency, he worked on a variety of retail acquisitions, development and redevelopment projects throughout the middle US for a Chicago-based family office.
 
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Marquette University. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, sports, DIY and the occasional track day.
