Lauren manages leasing operations for approximately 6.5 million square feet within Regency’s operating portfolio across Texas and Colorado. 

Before joining Regency Centers, she served as Vice President of Leasing at Brixmor Property Group, overseeing more than 7 million square feet across Texas and Louisiana. Previously, she held the position of Regional Leasing Director with Weingarten Realty Group, managing 28 properties and 3.8 million square feet in Texas, Denver, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City.

Lauren holds a B.S. in Management from Indiana University, Bloomington. She is an active member of the Dallas Women of Tocqueville Society, whose mission focuses on providing targeted financial and skill-based investments in education, income, and health for women and children in North Texas.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Lauren enjoys mentoring young women interested in commercial real estate and is honored to participate in the ICSC Student Mentor Program for the second consecutive year. In her personal time, she values exploring new places and cities with her husband and daughter.
