Alan is responsible for property operations strategy and processes for our portfolio of more than 400 shopping centers, totaling approximately 54 million square feet, as well as overseeing our East region.

Alan joined Regency Centers in 1998 as a Leasing Agent in the Midwest. He became the Mid-Atlantic Vice President and Regional Officer in 2002, Mid-Atlantic & Northeast Senior Vice President in 2006, and Mid-Atlantic & Northeast Managing Director in 2016. In 2020, Alan became the East Region Senior Managing Director. Alan has also earned the company’s highest honor, the Joan and Martin E. Stein, Sr. Award, which recognizes employees’ business acumen and ethical standards.  

Before joining Regency, Alan handled tenant representation, shopping center leasing, and land sales for Midland Development Group.

Alan holds a Bachelor of Science from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, serves on the Planning Committee for the ICSC Open Air Conference, and is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
