Amy D'Olimpio

Amy D'Olimpio is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Regency Centers.
She serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership team, overseeing the management and development of the company's most important asset—its people. She focuses on designing and implementing HR policies, processes, and practices to maximize human capital development. Amy provides expertise in all aspects of human resources management, ensuring alignment with the business strategy and company objectives; leading efforts to create and sustain a strong, inclusive culture that successfully attracts, retains, and engages the diverse talent needed to achieve the company's mission.
Amy joined Regency in 1997 as the HR Assistant and was soon promoted into Real Estate Accounting, serving as a Lease Accountant until 1999. Following a short time away from Jacksonville, she returned in 2000 and has since developed most of our current HR roles and programs. Amy has an extensive background in a broad range of HR disciplines, from coaching, organizational development, and talent acquisition to rewards design and compliance.
Amy earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida. She began her career in corporate banking as a reconciliation specialist with Barnett Technologies. She also worked for Compass Bank briefly while living in Alabama.
She serves on the Leadership team for United Way's Builders Society and Alumni and Selection Committees for Leadership Jacksonville (class of 2017). She also serves as a Board member for Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville (HabiJax) and is a member of SHRM and SHRM Jacksonville, World at Work, NASPP, and Nareit.
Amy is a fourth-generation Jacksonville native who enjoys living only minutes away from her family. She enjoys fitness—especially barre and Pilates, travel, college football, and spending time on the water and outdoors with her husband and two daughters, and their Goldendoodle, Denny.
