Chris joined Regency Centers in 2002. Currently, he manages Regency's development platform in the Southeast and Midwest, leading a team focused on ground-up developments and significant redevelopments. Chris serves on Regency's Management Committee and Real Estate Committee. He is also a recipient of the Joan and Martin E. Stein, Sr. Award, Regency's highest honor, which recognizes employees for their business acumen and ethical standards.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he sits on the Advisory Board for the Wood Center for Real Estate Studies. He is a regular guest speaker for MBA and undergraduate real estate classes at UNC.

Chris is originally from Evanston, IL, and now lives in Raleigh, NC. He has served on the boards of Urban Ministries and Follow the Child Montessori, on the Advisory Board for Band Together NC, and was named to the Triangle Business Journal's 40 Under 40. He is active in ULI, where he serves on the Atlanta ULI Capital Markets Council.
