Wayzata, MN
Historic design combined with energy efficient finishings modernizes Colonial Square while preserving its history.
STARR Award Winner
Colonial Square won a 2015 STARR award from the Minnesota Shopping Center Association in the "Renovation/Remodel: Exterior over 20,000 SF" category.
The award is given each year to recognize an excellent retail and shopping center in a given category.

Wayzata's Premiere Shopping Destination
Historic Colonial Square has been Wayzata's top shopping destination since it opened in 1959.
The center's significant renovations give visitors from the Wayzata community more green space, updated storefronts, and improved walkways. LED lighting, new doors, and storefront glass also make the center more energy efficient.
