2023 Highlights
Supporting Ethnic Diversity
Aligned with our DEI strategic roadmap, Regency continues to focus on improving diversity across our operations and organization, enabling our employees to grow and succeed.
During 2023, we partnered with Project Destined, an internship program that provides diverse students with opportunities to explore ownership through participation in live real estate deals.
We also continued our participation in the Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) Racial Equity at Work Program to help tackle drivers of systemic disparities in the communities that we serve.
We also worked with The Ferguson Centers for Leadership Excellence to support the empowerment of diverse students to pursue real estate and related sectors.

Pay Equity
Our strategy for attracting, inspiring, and retaining the best people includes rewarding our employees fairly and equitably. We’re proud to report that there’s no pay gap—that is, employees in the same role earn the same wage regardless of gender.
Gender Representation
Over the years, we have worked diligently to improve gender equality. Today, we are proud to report that 59% of our employees in 2023 were female, and 38% were in leadership positions.
