Sean oversees leasing, operations, and asset management for 16 shopping centers totaling more than 2 million square feet in the Northeast.  He also assists with development, acquisition, and disposition efforts in the region. 

Sean began his career at Regency in 2016 as a property manager and was the first hire of the Westport, CT, regional office. In 2017, he quickly transitioned to leasing agent following the Equity One merger, handling leasing throughout Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. In 2023, Sean became a Senior Leasing Agent, continuing to handle leasing throughout the Northeast, including leasing Regency’s first ground-up developments in Connecticut and Long Island. In 2024, following the Urstadt Biddle merger, he added New Jersey to his area of leasing responsibilities. 

Before joining Regency, Sean worked at a boutique brokerage firm, handling landlord and tenant representation across Connecticut and New York. 

Sean received his Bachelor of Arts from Ithaca College, where he was a member of the Ithaca Bomber football team, earning first-team all-conference honors in back-to-back years. He later received the Richard Lyon Memorial Award at the postseason banquet, which is given to the football player who exemplifies the qualities of class, leadership, integrity, and love for the game of football.

Sean enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife and two children, cooking, golfing, and pretending to be handy around the house.
